Long-term parkers
Where can I find the terms and conditions of business and use / car park regulations? |
Our terms and conditions of business and parking (garage regulations) are located in the entrance area on or next to the tariff sign, as well as partly at the exits and on our homepage. |
How do I get help with problems in the garage? |
If there is no staff on site, you can press the call button (telephone receiver symbol) on any pay machine, entrance or exit column or call our customer centre on (01) 7120438. Our customer centre is staffed around the clock. |
Can I park my vehicle without a licence plate |
Short-term parkers are generally not allowed to park a vehicle without a licence plate. |
Short-stay parkers
How can I pay for my short-stay parking ticket? |
You can pay for your short-term parking ticket at the pay machine in cash or with Maestro/credit card and in most garages directly at the exit column with Maestro/credit card. After paying at the pay station, you have 10 minutes to leave the garage. |
What other payment options are there? |
In most garages we offer time-of-use tickets (hourly or daily tickets) to pay for short-term parking. These Gutzeittickets can be collected from our staff in the garage after a written advance order and an appointment has been made. With a minimum order of € 150, payment by invoice is possible against the signing of a delivery note; under € 150, payment is only possible in cash. |
Are there weekly or monthly tickets? |
Weekly and monthly tickets are available in many garages, these can either be purchased at the pay station or issued by our staff. |
I have lost my short-term parking ticket, what should I do? |
Please report to our customer centre from a pay station. The replacement fee for a lost short-stay parking ticket is at least one day's maximum tariff. For longer parking periods, the fee corresponds to the parking period. |
Season ticket holders
How can I get a season ticket? |
You can conclude a long-term parking contract directly in the garage with our staff. If there is no employee on site, please contact our office by telephone or in writing. |
Will I receive a monthly invoice or payment slip for my long-term parking space? |
No, once you have signed your usage contract, you will receive a permanent invoice that is valid until further notice or until you change tariffs. If you have not signed a collection order, you must transfer the monthly fee yourself in good time. |
How can I terminate a long-term parking contract? |
You can terminate the contract at the end of each month by giving two months' notice. In any case, notice of termination must be given in writing. |
When will I get my deposit back? |
